In Januray, The Humble Penguin polled visitors to find out more about their movie watching habits. In the first poll, visitors voted on where they preferred to watch a movie. 46% of those polled preferred the cinema, while 26% preferred to watch flicks at home. Another 26% said they preferred the drive-in. The second poll asked visitors what they liked to munch on during their movie watching excursions. Frozen drinks topped the list followed closely by popcorn. Candy, pizza, and nachos ended up tied for the number three spot.
In December, The Humble Penguin asked visitors for their favorite silverscreen sports. In the baseball category, "Field of Dreams" ran away with the lead followed distantly by "The Sandlot." In the second poll, visitors chose from three of the most famous golf movies around: "Happy Gilmore," "Caddyshack," and "Tin Cup." "Happy Gilmore" won with 58% of your votes followed by "Caddyshack" with 28%. "Tin Cup" brought up the rear with the remaining 11%.
Some poll results do not add up to 100% because of rounding.
